Channel Marketing Manager
The Channel Marketing Manager (CMM) at Climb is responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, managing marketing programs and budgets, supporting field events, and providing business development support for Climb’s Vendor Managers (VMs) and strategic vendor partners. This role ensures effective execution of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The CMM reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

About the role
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Develop and assist in strategic relationships with Climb’s Vendor Managers and vendor partners
· Support the development of effective Vendor marketing plans for the VM team and ensure the execution of those plans
· Managing and tracking of vendor marketing activities budget, billing and invoicing
· Maintain a good understanding of internal operating systems and third-party marketing platforms used to track and measure success
· Partner with VM to assist on execution for enablement, sales training, promotional offers, etc. through Climb’s various marketing platforms
· Support coordinating, scheduling, managing, and executing training, executive meetings, email marketing, campaigns etc.
· campaigns, demand generation campaigns, and events (virtual and in-person).
· Organize and schedule posts on social media platforms and corporate blogs.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, accounting, and IT teams.
· Ability to analyze data and formulate account strategy, execute to plan
· Support and attend Climb Events sponsored by VM vendors
Ideal Candidate Profile

Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Proven experience in channel marketing, events, and program management
· IT industry experience preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, reporting, and data analytics.
· Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Excellent proofreading skills, showing great attention to detail
· Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
· Experience with partner marketing a plus
