Regional Sales Director, Southeast
The Regional Sales Director, Southeast is responsible for developing, enabling, and expanding Climb Channel Solutions’ reseller partnerships across the Southeastern United States. This role focuses on driving market share growth across key vendor lines by working with a broad range of reseller partners from regional and mid-market to high-growth local resellers while aligning Climb’s solutions to their go-to-market strategies.
The Regional Sales Director serves as a trusted business partner to resellers throughout the territory, building strong relationships with executive leadership, sales teams, and procurement organizations. Success in this role is measured by increased vendor adoption, revenue growth, profitability, reseller engagement, and overall territory performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and grow reseller relationships across the Southeast territory, serving as the primary point of engagement for assigned partners.
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with reseller executive leadership, sales management, sales representatives, and procurement teams.
• Maintain a high level of visibility within the territory through regular partner visits, meetings, and field engagement.
• Drive market share growth across Climb’s strategic and focus vendor lines within the assigned region.
• Work cross-functionally with internal sales, vendor management, marketing, and operations teams to support reseller success and accelerate growth.
• Enable and educate reseller sales teams through training sessions, joint sales calls, business reviews, and ongoing field support.
• Partner with reseller procurement teams to expand the number of vendor lines sourced through Climb Channel Solutions.
• Lead regional and partner-level business planning, establishing shared growth objectives, revenue targets, and execution plans.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve execution, and deepen vendor penetration across the reseller base.
• Coordinate Climb resources, including vendor teams, sales support, and leadership, to support partner initiatives and opportunities.
• Manage and mitigate channel conflict through clear communication and adherence to established channel rules of engagement.
• Accurately document sales activity, partner engagement, pipeline, and opportunity progress within systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned regional sales, profitability, and strategic growth targets.
