About the role
The SLED Communications & Enablement Coordinator plays a key role in helping Climb delight our resellers and vendor partners by ensuring clear communication, delivering high-quality enablement resources, and creating a seamless experience across all engagement activities. This role blends internal alignment with light external-facing support, helping partners feel informed, valued, and confident in working with Climb.
What You’ll Do
• Create Exceptional Partner Experiences: Develop polished, easy-to-understand content and resources that make working with Climb simple and enjoyable for resellers and vendors.
• Manage Enablement Calendar: Build and maintain a rolling calendar of vendor and reseller enablement activities (training sessions, webinars, updates) and ensure flawless execution.
• Track Vendor Engagement: Monitor participation in enablement activities and provide clear, actionable engagement summaries to leadership.
• Clean & Organize Reseller Database: Audit and standardize reseller contact lists, remove duplicates, and ensure accuracy for better communication and relationship management.
• Map Relationships: Identify the breadth and depth of reseller relationships based on contact data to support strategic planning.
• Assist with Partner-Facing Communication: Prepare enablement materials, meeting agendas, recap notes, and follow-up communications for vendor and reseller calls.
• Document Processes: Help develop reseller enablement toolkits and monitor how Climb is rated by its reseller partners.

• Resellers and vendors feel informed, supported, and valued through timely, polished communication.
• Enablement activities run smoothly and consistently, driving engagement and confidence.
• Reseller database is clean, organized, and mapped for strategic insights.
• Internal teams have clarity and alignment during a period of organizational change.
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and clarity.
• Experience creating digital content and managing social or marketing campaigns.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Excel, and CRM systems is a plus.
