Hi, I'm Becky, I am an HR Manager, and have worked for Climb Global Solutions for nearly 7 years.  My responsibilities are recruitment, training, and general HR activities.  When I started I was in the sales support team and the company has invested in my personal and professional growth to develop me into the Engagement & Experience Team.  I have passed my level 3 and 5 CIPD (Charted Institute of Personal & Development) qualifications making me an associate CIPD.
