I've worked for the company since 2000, starting in Finance - asking our customers to pay their bills. I have been fortunate to have had opportunities for progression, however, the reason that I have been here for 23 years is the culture of the company, the new challenges and opportunities that the IT world brings, and the people that I work with. 

People bringing a great attitude and being the right fit for the team are more important to me than grades and experience.
