Receptionist (Intern)
Climb Channel Solutions is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a receptionist internship at our Eatontown headquarters. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Outlined below are the responsibilities of this position, including but not limited to:
- Greet visitors with a friendly and cordial demeanor
- Answer phones and properly transferring calls
- Assist with weekly food delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized office setting
- Sort and distribute daily mail and packages
- Keep the front desk and surrounding areas neat and presentable for guests
- Assist with customer service and data entry tasks
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Excel in fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
