About the role
The role of an Account Executive to ensure that our customers receive an outstanding experience. You will be responding to inbound email and phone calls, generating quotes, following up on quotes and leads and supporting your Team Manager with all aspects of the sales cycle. You will work alongside our Account Managers and Team Manager not only ensuring that our run-rate business is processed accurately and efficiently, but also to expand our existing business and grow new business, through leveraging our relationships with our client and partner portfolio. Day-to-day, you will enable the team to give the best service possible to clients, grow sales and see client success by:
- Take and support inbound phone calls
- Follow up on tasks, leads and quotes
- First point of cover when an account manager is away, picking up and replying to emails, following up on quotes, chasing payments, etc. to give continuity and a great client experience.
- Support the team with to allow everyone to play to their strengths and
- for the team to hit targets.
- Work with AMs to understand their key clients, contacts, and needs, to build a strong team around our most important accounts. Get involved in client Teams meetings.
- Profile the smaller/lower spending Accounts, to build relationships and understand if there are opportunities within them for growth
- To complete ongoing Sales Training as required by the business to retain partner competencies and to assist with ongoing skills required.
About you
You will have at least two years of successful business-to-business sales experience and be driven to succeed in a successful company. You should have at least five GCSE grade C (or equivalent) and above including Maths and English.

- Attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy in reports and customer communication and dialogue.
- Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Able to prioritise and re-prioritise during the day to ensure urgent tasks are completed
- The ability to choose the best course of action, escalate if required but retain ownership of the issue until resolved

Salary £23,300 per year plus commission
