About the role
Climb is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive looking to develop and grow professionally in today’s IT industry. As a key member of the sales team, the Sales Executive will work with our emerging software vendors who are leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant to deliver innovative and advanced solutions to our Value-Added Reseller channel partners. The chosen individual will work closely with our Sales and Alliances team to accelerate vendor sales growth and develop strategies and tactics to drive new business through our channel partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assigned select brands within a specific territory
- The development and implementation of sales strategies to recruit new Reseller partners and MSP partners and build effective relationships
- Actively engages with existing Resellers to solidify business relationships, thoroughly understand their challenges, and uncover new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Engage in constant collaboration with our Vendors, building solid relationships with their field sales team and launching joint go-to-market initiatives
- Educate Resellers on company products & services, including Vendor programs, products/services, pricing, promotions, certifications/courses, tools, and order processes.
- Participate in key Vendor, Reseller, and industry events, seminars, & workshops.
- Day-to-day activities may include any of the following:
- New Reseller prospecting & recruitment
- Existing Reseller and MSP/MSSP partner development
- Vendor collaborations on GTM, quotes, orders, etc.
- Forecast management and pipeline follow-up
- Provide best practice recommendations to prospective customers and channel partners, answer any sales/high-level questions they may have
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Alliance team that may include business analytics, and some marketing actions and activities

About you
- Competitive by nature and love the challenge of hitting targets
- Motivated to meet personal and sales team targets/initiatives
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the IT market
- Understanding of IT Channel in the US Market
- Travel (25%)
