HR Global Payroll Coordinator
About the role
Climb is looking for a meticulous payroll coordinator to manage our global payroll activities and ensure the timely and accurate payment of employee wages. The payroll coordinator will ensure the collection of all necessary information and documents, compute wages, and investigate and resolve any payroll issues or discrepancies.
To be successful as a payroll coordinator the candidate will be able to efficiently coordinate payroll tasks and strictly follow company policies and legal regulations with attention to the global forum.

About the role
Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Collecting and verifying employee and timekeeping data.
- Computing wages, deductions, commissions, benefits, etc.
- Reviewing computed wages to ensure accuracy.
- Issuing and distributing paychecks.
- Updating and documenting payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.
- Recording and maintaining meticulous employee records and payroll transactions.
- Preparing statements reflecting earnings, taxes, and deductions.
- Answering questions and resolving issues regarding payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
- Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Applying for and maintaining appropriate tax identifications across multiple states and/or countries
About you

You will have a minimum of 2-4 years professional experience and authorized to work in the US. You will be proficient at communicating both written and verbal, with excellent organizational skills. You will have a strong desire to learn new skills, comfortable using the computer including Microsoft Office, and have excellent attention to detail.

Other skills required are:
- Experience in payroll administration.
- Good working knowledge of accounting practices and tax laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll systems and database software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals

- Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
