About the role
Climb Global Solutions is looking for a full-time, hybrid to Eatontown NJ, training assistant to support the training needs of a growing, global company. This is an entry level position that will work closely with the Corporate Trainer to create and maintain training materials and resources for our varied teams. This role will also provide basic training to new hires on our systems, which they will be trained on when starting the role.

Job Responsibilities
- Use Articulate and Absorb software to develop training modules for our Learning Management System with the guidance of the Corporate Trainer for content.
- Provide basic training for in person and remote new hires in Dynamics D365 CE.
- Develop course outlines, presentations, handouts, and other learning materials based on provided information.
- Update internal documentation for processes as they change, including working with other departments to collect needed information.
- Help to keep employees knowledgeable about the training opportunities available.
- Track employee attendance, completion rates, and performance data related to training programs.
Skills Needed
- Detail-oriented
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in a relevant field, such as business, education, or organizational management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can talk to people, are excited about learning, and have a good work ethic
- Knowledge of learning styles and curriculum design preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Teams)
- Knowledge of eLearning software and online training tools preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly
