IT Manager - Data Management & Intelligent Automation
Position Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically adept Manager of Data Management & Intelligent Automation to lead the transformation of our data and analytics ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in establishing a modern analytics mindset, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Power Platform, while integrating intelligent automation through Copilot Agents within a Dynamics 365 (D365) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive the data management and intelligent automation roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Champion a data-driven culture and modern analytics mindset across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact data solutions.
- Platform Enablement
- Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric for unified data engineering, data science, and real-time analytics.
- Establish enterprise-grade Power BI reporting and self-service analytics frameworks.
- Drive adoption and governance of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) for business process automation.
- Copilot & AI Integration
- Lead the design and deployment of Copilot Agents to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business units to identify use cases for generative AI and intelligent automation.
- Data Governance & Quality
- Implement data governance policies, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and citizen developers.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or automation roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in:
- - Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- - Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- - Copilot Agents and AI-driven automation
- - Dynamics 365 data integration and reporting
- Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and security best practices.
- Experience in working with geographically dispersed team with different time zones (FTE and Contractors)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and changing leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Synapse, Dataverse, and Microsoft Purview.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps for data.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or Fabric are a plus.
