About the role
We are seeking a qualified Product Management Associate to join our team. The Product Management Associate will play a crucial role in overseeing the management and maintenance of our current and future product offerings. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- SKU Management: Identify product descriptions, types, vendor information, and pricing to create new product SKUs.
- Pricing Updates: Execute one-off and bulk pricing updates as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Data Validation: Verify information for accuracy before entering/updating SKUs in the system.
- Database Analysis: Analyze reports and perform Excel formulas (ie. VLOOKUP’s) to identify missing SKUs and ensure database completeness.
- Website Maintenance: Add and update website content for new vendors and products.
- Vendor Relations: Serve as a liaison with vendors regarding product information and updates.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Product Maintenance: Regularly review product listings for outdated items and maintain default pricing levels.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality assurance.
- Ability to learn processes quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and Word applications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, some college preferred - or a combination of education and relative work experience.
- Prior experience in product management, data analysis, or similar roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work late on the last business day of every month.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not required.
