This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Account Management department within our team in the Netherlands. You will be an important part of a high-performing team that works closely with the field sales teams and external customers. You will receive all the support you need to get up to speed and benefit from a training programme that will ensure you are successful.
About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be working within the Amsterdam sales team to proactively develop, manage and grow sales and relationships with existing customers and partners. Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and supporting our vendor partners whilst hitting our team sales targets.
Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Providing our DACH customers with software quotes in line with their requirements, whilst hitting our SLAs.
- Establish new business opportunities with targeted accounts through prospecting, networking, qualifying, and closing techniques.
- Continually learn about new products and improve your knowledge and selling skills.
- Spotting and acting on upsell, cross-sell, and consolidation of opportunities.
- Be familiar with the Climb Systems, keep databases up-to-date and engage in product, systems and skills training and development as required.
- Process orders when required

Climb Channel Solutions sells software to resellers across Europe, enabling them to provide software, services, and solutions to end-users and businesses.
About you
You’ll have GCSE grades 4/C (or equivalent) or an MBO+ degree and above including Maths and English.
You will be proficient in speaking and writing in German.

What do you get in return?
- Salary depending on experience
- If based in the Netherlands basic salary plus the 8% holiday payment
- Commission Scheme after full training and once allocated accounts.
- Opportunity to work from home
Working hours
- 40 hours (Full time)
- Monday till Friday
- Between 9am – 6pm
- Position can be located in either Amsterdam, The Netherlands or Ashburton, Devon UK
