Receptionist

About the role

Climb Channel Solutions is currently seeking candidates to fill an open Receptionist position. In this role, a friendly and organized individual will greet visitors, answer phones and perform other miscellaneous front desk duties.

Outlined below are the responsibilities of this position, including but not limited to: 

• Greet visitors with a friendly and cordial demeanor 

• Answer phones and properly transfer calls 

• Manage front of office by keeping organized and presentable to guests

• Sort and distribute daily mail and packages

• Assist with weekly ordering and stocking of office supplies/food

• Assist with customer service and order entry tasks
